Yes, that's considered electioneering. However, most states have laws that stipulate how far away signs, etc can be posted. It's typically around 25 feet away from the entrance.

UPDATE: yes, i am engaged... took me to a cabin in the mountains, and i came home with a ring on my finger. I'm sorry I couldn't call -- my phone broke the morning of. The wedding will be next summer, on a coast somewhere. First final exams of the year start tomorrow. the weather is beautiful.
