Yeah, I understand wireless basics.  I&#039;ve read some stuff about how my router can have quirks if you aren&#039;t using wireless cards specifically designed for it.  I&#039;m also about 2 versions of firmware behind the latest release, so I&#039;m hoping that might clear up my problem.  Basically, I right now I&#039;m getting 6mbps when connected through ethernet and 2 when I&#039;m on wireless.  It should be the same for both, if I&#039;m right.</description>

Also, I&#039;m not sure how diminished the speed is, but I don&#039;t think wireless bandwidth is guaranteed.  The 54Mbps is a max, not a min.  You would think it would be able to handle a 15Mbps connection though.</description>
