I was flipping through the radio presets on the way to work this morning, and I came across a song that sounded pretty cool on one of those “hits” stations. Then, the singing started. At this point, I started to question my decision. The singer sounded eerily like a boy band, but how could that be? The music around him sounded fine. I figured it was just one of those bands with a decent singer. So I decided to stick with it, and I cautiously listened to the rest of the song.
I’m sure you have guessed it by no since I suck at storytelling, but the announcer came on and confirmed my worst fears. I had just listened to a Backstreet Boys song. I had been duped, fooled by the semi-rock music in the background. Well, needless to say, I jumped into action and changed the station as fast as I could, but it was too late. The neutering was complete.
